Essentially it is art that is created on a computer.

It is any artistic work or practice that uses digital technology as a part of the creative or presentation process. And this covers a broad range of methods and technologies.

In relation to what I do, I paint my original designs using acrylic or watercolour paints, and scan these to create digital files that are an exact replica of the original artwork. I then use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to manipulate the digital images, and create designs specifically tailored for each product that I sell.

I do have some designs that were created completely digitally (drawn on an iPad and laptop in Adobe Illustrator), but I am moving away from this method and focusing on using original painted designs instead. The method I have used to create each original design will be clearly stated in the product description.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Your order will be printed to order by a printing company. This is known as Print on Demand.

The details of what you have ordered will be sent through to the printing company, who will then print your order and post it directly to you.

This means that an item is produced only when required, so there is zero waste, as no stock is printed unnecessarily.

As all of the products are printed to order, they will not be posted immediately. The grid below is a guideline of how long your order may to take to be printed, and which method of postage will be used once it has been dispatched.

I would recommend allowing at least 7 working days for your order to arrive. Most orders will arrive within this timescale, but this may vary depending on the demand at the printers, and within the postal system. If you are at all concerned about the length of time you have been waiting for your order, please feel free to contact me and I will update you as to it’s progress.

Removable colourfast machine washable cover – the washing instructions below are printed on the inside side seam.
Remove outer cover and wash inside out at 30 degrees and no more than an 800rpm spin cycle. Iron inside out.

Wipe clean.

PRINTS AND ORIGINAL ART
Avoid direct sunlight. Hang in a cool, dry place. Dust, don’t rub. Don’t use any chemical cleaners.

As my products are printed to order, there is a short window between an order being placed and it being processed and printed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible. I will then contact the printing company to request a cancellation.

If the printing company is able to cancel the order, a full refund will be offered.

However, if the printing company has already initiated the production of your order, it will not be possible to cancel it. The order will go ahead and no refund will be offered in these circumstances.

If you change your mind…
You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by using the contact form, or by emailing me at michelle@pinkflowerdesigns.co.uk.

Your items must be returned in their original condition (unused) and if possible, in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the items to me, so they should be securely packaged.
Once I have received the items, a full refund will be carried out within 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items in this instance.

If you receive products that are faulty or damaged…
Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. You can do this by using the contact form, or by emailing me at michelle@pinkflowerdesigns.co.uk.

You will then have the option of having the item(s) replaced, or a full refund.

If you opt for a replacement, I will place the order once I have received the returned items.

If you opt for a refund, I will process this within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

In this instance, any cost incurred by you in returning the item(s) to me will be refunded (regardless of whether you opt for a replacement or a full refund).
